Hemp Milk is easy to make and is very healthy. It is a geat way to enjoy all the health benefits of hempseeds in a drink! I love hemp milk
- 4 oz clean hemp seeds
- 1 oz almonds
- 1 – 2 figs to taste (although most anything can be used to flavor it!)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add one pint of water and stir thouroughly. Chill for one hour
Variations I have tried include flavoring with Honey, strawberries,banana’s and my favorite, fresh vanilla bean.
