Alright, I'm not exactly sure what this little leagl quagmire means. You can grow Hemp but we call it pot and we'll arrest you?

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- North Dakota is high on hemp. Beginning Jan. 1, farmers may start applying for state licenses to grow industrial hemp. But there's a catch, and it's a really big one. The federal government makes no distinction between hemp and marijuana.
