​Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Dallas,Texas, Panda operates the Panda Hemp Gin, a 500,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art operation capable of processing 22,000 lbs of hemp straw per hour. It is the largest industrial hemp fiber processing facility in the Western Hemisphere that is also USDA BioPreferred® and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

Through advanced, proprietary decortication technology and American-grown feedstock, Panda produces premium textile-grade and nonwoven-grade fiber, hurd, micronized hemp, and short-fiber/hurd mix designed to serve a wide range of textiles, construction, bioplastics, transportation, non-wovens, and other innovation-driven markets.
