- Do I have to pay to be on Hemp.com?
- No. Free directory listings are open now. Free Network profiles will open publicly at full launch; during pre-launch, Network access is private invite/list based.
- Annual or monthly?
- We recommend annual — you get two months free vs paying monthly. Monthly is available if you prefer flexibility.
- What does “verified” mean?
- Admin-reviewed identity and role claims. Verification is a trust signal, not an automatic checkout perk — we review before badges go live.
- Can one person upgrade the company listing?
- Yes. Listing upgrades are tied to the business listing (owner hub). Network upgrades are tied to your personal profile (My Hemp Hub). The Industry Presence bundle upgrades both in one checkout when you own a listing.
- What happens after checkout?
- Stripe webhook applies your tier automatically. Network profiles may still require moderation before going fully public.
