Hemp.com, Inc. is in need of a Intern Social Media Guru to join our team. We’re a forward-thinking industrial hemp company looking for a talented and knowledgeable individual to help guide us on the various social media platforms like (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.. The ideal candidate will help us to manage and create content for Hemp.com, Inc.'s different social media. The candidate will work with the team to coordinate and create content related to a company’s brand, products, events and services. We are seeking someone who will help us expand our social media footprint and drive more value through our online content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with the various social media's and understand how to increase engagement and drive brand recognition. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented, a team player and committed to meeting deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong knowledge of industrial hemp, a strong portfolio and a desire to help us forge hemp as the future of sustainability.
- Ideating, creating and posting content to different social media platforms
- Planning and adhering to content calendars to schedule posts on different social media platforms
- Optimizing content, tracking user traffic and assessing user response to different content posted
- Help plan social media campaigns to reach a wider audience, increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Photography, graphic design and video content creation
- Other projects as assigned
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamental
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Experience using WordPress
- Knowledge of Industrial Hemp and hemp derived CBD preferred

Pay will be dependent on experience and initially will be project based with the ability to move into a role within Hemp.com, Inc. with a base salary.
